MAANNOS

Maannos is a solo work by Tuomas Vuorinen combining video art and juggling, inviting the audience on a dreamlike journey towards a lost connection with nature.
Maannos sprouts from a longing for nature and reaches its roots through the layers of life. Tuomas Vuorinen’s solo work was born from the hunt for a lost connection to nature. With the mysterious dream of childhood as his guide, he invites the audience to join him on a hike through the forests, to ask advice from animal spirits and to dive into deep waters.
In the performance, video art is intertwined with juggling in a unique way, as video-game-like adventure draws you into the borderlands of dream and reality.
