CAISA

Caisa is a cultural centre founded in 1996, working to develop Helsinki into a diverse city through art and culture. In addition to diversity, their work emphasises accessibility, community, topicality and cross-disciplinary artistic practice. As part of the festival programme, two cross-disciplinary contemporary circus works will be presented at Caisa.
STOA

Stoa is a vibrant, spirited and lively cultural centre founded in 1984, located in Itäkeskus in eastern Helsinki. Stoa and its plaza form an open, communal cultural living room for the east of the city, welcoming everyone. The festival brings a diverse selection of circus performances to Stoa’s Music and Theatre Hall, for both children and adults.
CIRKO – Uuden sirkuksen keskus

Cirko is a centre for new circus founded in 2004, located in Suvilahti, Helsinki. Through year-round residency, project and performance activities, Cirko develops contemporary circus as an art form in Finland. At the festival, Cirko presents boundary-breaking contemporary circus that touches audiences on many levels.
THE TENT

At the heart of the festival grounds stands Arctic Ensemble’s magnificent tent designed for contemporary circus, with a capacity of up to 400 spectators. During the festival, the tent hosts world-class contemporary circus in a variety of styles and configurations.
ENERGIAKENTTÄ | Suvilahti

The heart of the festival is set in Suvilahti’s historic urban industrial environment. The Suvilahti Energiakenttä hosts a variety of festival events, from outdoor performances to workshops.
