Super Sale is a comical contemporary circus performance about overconsumption and material hysteria, where two old-school saleswomen will stop at nothing to make a sale.

SSuper Sale is a contemporary circus piece in which the 1950s meets the present day. The piece tells the story of two determined saleswomen in their own magic sphere of belief and ego. These professional and committed super saleswomen are committed to their work and sell their products even if they stand on their heads. Super Sale deals with serious topics – overconsumption and material hysteria – but does it with a comical touch.

The characters in the piece are inspired by the Avon women of the 1950s, who are a continuation of the first self-employed women of the 19th century. This opinionated piece underlines women’s independence and status as equal workers and people.
